Это будет стимулом для более активных участников купить LTM (кто этого ещё не сделал) и получить цены в 20% от общедоступных, тем самым повышая привлекательность наличия LTM-а перед теми у кого его нет, а для остальных, обычных участников новые комиссии всё равно останутся доступными и одними из самых конкурентоспособных на рынке. 

Для тех кто уже имеет LTM - новые комиссии не отразятся существенно, однако повысят востребованность основного токена (GPH) блокчейна для проведения операций, тем самым стремясь приближаясь к более сбалансированной токеномике, повышая объём возврата GPH в резервный пул.

Предлагаю проголосовать за эти 4 предложений. Обратите внимание, там есть 2 не совсем корректных предложения, в одном я проверял создание из мобильного предложения (1.10.34), чтобы понять и убедиться в его работоспособности и корректности, особено со сроками истечения и принятия, в другом не точная информация для предпочтительного рынка по умолчанию (1.10.37), они дублируются после с исправлениями, за эти 2 голосовать не нужно.

I propose to vote for these 4 proposals. Please note that there are 2 proposals that are not entirely correct, in one I tested the creation from a mobile proposal (1.10.34) to understand and make sure that it works and is correct, especially with expiration and acceptance dates, in the other there is not accurate information for the preferred market by default (1.10.37), they are duplicated after with fixes, you don't need to vote for these 2.

**1. Proposal 1.10.27.**
Уменьшить комиссию на создание монет
 3 знак - 100k GPH (для большей доступности, а также уменьшения сроков при создании их комитетом, но в то же время сохраняя заградительный барьер от скамеров)

 4 знак - 40k GPH (мотивация как и для 3 знака, только немного бОльшая доступность, может кому то понадобится для своих нужд, чтобы и сделать доступнее и в то же время был заградительный предел от спам-монет)

 5 знак - 6k (тут повышение на 1000 GPH от текущих 5000, но 50% от общей суммы обычно идёт в пул комиссий монеты, которые можно изъять обратно и они не тратятся, таким образом создание простой монеты с кол-вом символов 5 и более будет стоить в районе 100$)


**2. Proposal 1.10.29.**
Востребования остатка пулы комиссий (с gpUSD в комитет - около 70k GPH. Т.к. она почти не нужна, ведь нас gp ассеты без комиссий текущие (gpUSD), а комиссии в GPH за транзакции незначительны, то большую часть считаю нужным вывести, со следующими gp-монетами буду предлагать аналогичный подход.


**3-4. Proposals 1.10.30 (gpSILVER ) и 1.10.31 (gpGOLD )**
Создание gpSILVER и gpGOLD от комитета. После вступления в силу изменений по п.1 и после вступления в силу п.2, на балансе хватит средств для создания этих 2 монет


**5. Proposal - 1.10.32**
Создать воркера на финансирование gpEUR и gpRUB (200k GPH), по моим подсчётам на балансе комитета сейчас около 16k GPH, после востребования баланса остатка комиссий gpUSD там станет около 86k GPH, 46k будут потрачены на создание этих 2 монет. Около 40k останется на балансе комитета.

Воркер предлагаю зафинансировать на сумму 165k GPH.

Время работы воркера
с 1 мая по 11 мая 2022 года, 11 дней,сумма выйдет 165k GPH.

В итоге к тем оставшимся 40k добавится 165k и станет около 205k GPH, после финансирования gpEUR и gpRUB останется незначительная сумма около 5k GPH в комитете.

(после того как воркер будет принят и отработает, будет новое предложение чтобы забрать с вестинга средства на баланс комитета и создать gpEUR и gpRUB)

**1. Proposal 1.10.27.**
Reduce the fee for creating coins
Symbols with 3 Characters - 100k GPH (for greater accessibility, as well as reducing the time frame when creating them by the committee, but at the same time maintaining a protective barrier from scammers)

Symbols with 4 Characters - 40k GPH (motivation as for 3 , only slightly more accessible, maybe someone will need it for their needs to make it more accessible and at the same time there was a barrage limit from spam coins)

**2. Proposal 1.10.29.**
Claiming the rest of fee pool balance (from gpUSD to the committee - about 70k GPH. Since it is almost not needed, because we have gp assets without commissions current (gpUSD), and commissions in GPH for transactions are insignificant, I consider it necessary to withdraw most of it, the next gp-coins will offer a similar approach.


**3. Proposals 1.10.30 (gpSILVER ) and 1.10.31 (gpGOLD )**
Creation of gpSILVER and gpGOLD by committee. After the changes under p.1 come into force and after the entry into force of p.2, there will be enough funds on the balance sheet to create these 2 coins


**4. Proposal - 1.10.32**
Create a worker to finance gpEUR and gpRUB (200k GPH), according to my calculations, the committee balance is now about 16k GPH, after claiming rest of fee pool balance gpUSD, there will be about 86k GPH, 46k will be spent on creating these 2 coins. About 40k will remain on the committee's balance sheet.

Никаких комиссий за управление – ни явных, ни скрытых. Также нет комиссий за приобретение или отчуждение токена/доли фонда.

## Предварительный план:

1. Формирование списка ботов с заданным порядком запуска и сбор объёма средств, кратного количеству лотов.
2.  Единовременный выпуск минимальной партии токенов под запуск (например, 20 лотов = 20 ботов) и их реализация инвесторам.

Если желающих окажется больше, мы организуем довыпуск лотов (например, по 5 лотов в день/неделю); если же целый лот не наберётся, то на собранную сумму неполного лота будет выставлен лимитный ордер на выкуп токенов с рынка, посредством которого желающие смогут продать или сократить свою позицию либо досрочно выйти.

Если к моменту следующей фиксации прибыли эта часть токенов не будет полностью выкуплена, то нереализованная часть в $ будет автоматически включена в фонд расчёта собранных инвесторами средств (т.е. не будет возврата или какого-либо ущемления инвесторов), и дальнейшие расчёты будут производиться с её учётом; соответственно, при полном выкупе добавления остатка не будет.

## Условия:

**1. Блокировка**
Период блокировки средств составит минимум 1 год – далее возможен либо выход участника из фонда по заявке (это можно будет сделать в закрытом ТГ чате), по которой его рассчитывают, исходя из полученной PNL, либо продление участия с последующим рефинансированием.

**2. Фиксация прибыли, опции выхода, рефинансирование**
Точки выхода также будут появляться после всплесков волатильности и последующего возврата к средней цене: это даст возможность при желании вывести средства раньше срока (об этом будет объявляться отдельно, подробнее об опции досрочного выхода см. ниже).

Если вывод средств не был осуществлён (досрочно, в средних точках цены либо по истечении года), то производится плановое рефинансирование на прибыль и наращивание оборота и, соответственно, прибыли (добавление новых ботов на имеющиеся средства).

Таким образом токен [DEXBOT](https://market.rudex.org/#/market/DEXBOT_RUDEX.USDT) представляет собой долю фонда, которая в долгосрочной перспективе показывает рост в долларовом выражении.

**3. Покупка, продажа и оборот токенов фонда**
Токены можно будет свободно покупать/продавать на рынке, т.е. при желании продать кому-либо свою долю или докупить часть чьей-то доли.

Комиссия за управление фондом – 0%, торговая комиссия токена фонда также 0%, **вся** прибыль распределяется между участниками, никаких накладных расходов вы не оплачиваете.

**4. Аудит и прозрачность**
Как аудит аккаунтов, так и вся прочая информация будут публично доступны в блокчейне, также позже к ним, вероятно, добавится анализ КАПИТАЛИЗАЦИИ фонда в реальном времени. Она может служить ориентиром для понимания текущей цены токена/доли фонда, чтобы вы могли продавать/покупать его по актуальной ставке.

**5. Вход/выход из фонда**
Войти в фонд самостоятельно можно будет только до даты старта, выкупив желаемое количество токенов/долей фонда за USDT, после старта это можно будет сделать лишь при условии наличия в продаже на рынке долей других участников. Вероятно, впоследствии вы также сможете войти в фонд при открытии дополнительных раундов, если на то будут желающие и подходящие рыночные условия.

В заранее обозначенные даты выхода токены будут выкупаться по фиксированной цене с учётом прибыли и капитализации (см. пример ниже).

Если новый пул участников наберётся ранее чем через год, например, через 6 месяцев, то токены фонда будут довыпущены и выставлены на рынок по цене, рассчитанной на основе ДОКАПИТАЛИЗАЦИИ + текущей цены фонда.

Т.е. если текущая цена фонда на старте составляла 100 000$ (на 100 000 стартовых токенов), а через полгода он оценивается уже в 110 000, то цена 1 токена = 1.1$
Если при таких условиях будет запланирована новая точка входа, например, на 30 000$, то далее общая капитализация составит уже 140 000$, т.к. 110 000$ уже находятся в обороте, а прибавка составит 30 000$.
Т.е. чтобы не размыть и прибыль, и долю имеющихся участников, надо довыпустить 
((100 000$ + 40 000$)/(1.1$) = 127 272 - 100 000 (стартовых) = 27 272 дополнительных токенов фонда.
Они будут доступны к покупке по цене 1.1$, т.е. своей текущей цене, как и токены из стартовой партии. Это будет более оптимально для взаимозаменяемости и нахождения в обороте равноценных токенов, нежели выпуск разных токенов, который приведёт к путанице. Всем будет удобнее ориентироваться на соотношение **токен = доля**.

**Приведём пример:** Алиса захотела выйти через год, когда цена токена (по текущей капитализации) составляет 1.2$.
Она выставляет свои 400 токенов (на 400$ со старта или же, по примеру выше, на 440$ на 2-ой точке входа), фонд фиксирует прибыль (ребалансирует ботов, если нужно) и выкупает у Алисы её токены по цене 400 * 1.2 = 480 USDT, после чего её токены сжигаются.

`fund_has_tokens` - количество токенов DEXBOT на аккаунтах фонда (чаще всего на аккаунтах `rudex-dexbot-fund` и `dexbot`). 

**6. Опция досрочного выхода из фонда:**
Заявки на досрочный выход будут приниматься в течение недели с ПН по ПТ (5 дней).

Заявка на вывод токенов DEXBOT осуществляется - путём отправки необходимого количества токенов на аккаунт `dexbot`, что можно сделать либо в ручном режиме, либо через кнопку погашения.

Затем в ВС - производится расчёт, путём отправки USDT на аккаунт с которого пришел запрос на погашение токенов DEXBOT и после сжигание токенов DEXBOT, за которые произведён расчёт

Цена погашения будет на 5% дешевле капитализации на ВС.
Премиум за выход при этом остаётся в фонде в качестве бонуса к капитализации для всех оставшихся.

Эта опция подойдёт тем, кому внезапно понадобились средства – так они смогут выйти из фонда, для других же это возможность войти в фонд с дисконтом, что создаёт интерес на рынке.

**1. Clarity and Predictability** — this is an algotrading service, which means that trading happens based on a predefined scheme. DEXbots lack emotions and follow a strict set of rules. This prevents situations like when you sold all your bitcoins at 10k, right before it rose to 40k, or you bought LUNA at “the bottom” at $20 using your whole deposit , and then it crashed to $0.0002.

**2. Diversification** — an average investor with $5000 would be better off having a 20% share in 5 bots, than 100% in one bot: it is safer, more stable, and opens more possibilities.

**3. Transparency** — everything is contained within the blockchain, which means it is publicly available for monitoring and control by anyone. You'll be provided with the ability to audit with a calculation of current capitalization.

**4. Passivity** 
A truly passive fund for its investors, where after entering you don’t need to do anything else, manage something or participate in any other way: the bots are configured and constantly maintained by the team.

**5. No Management Fees**

## A preliminary plan:

1. Creation of a list of bots with an assigned start sequence and fundraising of a sufficient amount of funds that can be equally divided by the number of lots.
2. One-time issuance of a minimum amount of tokens required for launch (for example, 20 lots = 20 bots) and sale to investors. 

If there are more applicants, we will organize additional issuance of lots (for example 5 lots a day/week); if a complete lot is not filled, then the raised amount would be used to create a limit order to buy tokens from the market, that would allow those who want to close or reduce their position before the end of the term to do so.

If by the time of the next profit-taking these tokens are not completely bought out, then unrealized part in $ will be automatically added into the fund used to account for the investors' money (so there will be no return or any other infringement of investors' rights), and further accounting will include these tokens; in case of complete buyout of the lots there will be no remainder to add.

## Conditions:

**1. Blocking**
The funds are blocked for a minimum of 1 year, with a possibility to exit right after by request (sent in private Telegram chat) and be settled based on resulting PNL, or be able to extend your participation with subsequent refinancing.

**2. Profit-taking, exit options, refinancing**
Exit points will also appear after bursts of volatility and the subsequent return to the average price: this will provide an opportunity to withdraw your funds ahead of time if desired (every such opportunity will be announced separately, see below for more details about the early exit option).

Suppose funds were not withdrawn (early exit, at the middle points of the price or at the end of the annual period), in that case, a planned refinancing will take place taking into account the profit, thus increasing turnover and, accordingly, subsequent profit (adding new bots to available funds).

Thus, the token [DEXBOT](https://market.rudex.org/#/market/DEXBOT_RUDEX.USDT) represents the share of the fund, which in the long term shows growth in dollar terms.

**3. Purchase, sale and circulation of fund tokens**
Tokens can be freely bought/sold on the market, i.e., if you want to sell your share to someone or buy a part of someone else's share.
The fund management fee is 0%, the fund token trading fee is also 0%, **all profits** are distributed among the participants, and you don't pay any overhead costs.

**4. Audit and transparency**
Both the account audit and all other information will be publicly available on the blockchain, and a real-time analysis of the fund's capitalization will probably be added later. It can serve as a guide to understand the current price of the token/share of the fund, so that you can buy/sell it at the current rate.

**5. Entry/exit from the fund**
It will be possible to enter the fund on your own only before the start date, by redeeming the desired number of tokens/shares of the fund for USDT, after the start it can be done only if there are shares of other participants available on the market. You may also be able to enter the fund later when additional rounds are opened if there are enough applicants and the market conditions are favorable.

On pre-determined exit dates, tokens will be redeemed at a fixed price, taking into account profit and capitalization (see example below).

If a new pool of participants gathers earlier than in a year, for example, in 6 months, then the fund's tokens will be additionally issued and put on the market at a price calculated on the basis of ADDITIONAL CAPITALIZATION + the current price of the fund.

So if the current price of the fund at the start was $100,000 (for 100,000 starting tokens), and six months later it is estimated at $110,000, then the price of 1 token = $1.1
If, under such conditions, a new entry point is planned, for example, for an additional $30,000, then further the total capitalization will be $140,000, because $110,000 is already in circulation, and the increase will be $30,000.
So in order to not dilute both the profit and the share of existing participants, it is necessary to issue additional (($100,000 + $40,000)/($1.1) = 127,272 - 100,000 (from the start) = 27,272 additional fund tokens.
They will be available for purchase at a price of $1.1, i.е. its current price, the same as tokens from the starting batch. This will be more optimal for fungibility and circulation of equivalent tokens rather than issuing different tokens, which will lead to confusion. It will be more convenient for everyone to focus on the **token = share** ratio.

**Let's give an example:** Alice wants to exit after a year when the price of the token (according to the current capitalization) is $1.2.
She puts on her 400 tokens (which are equal to $400 on the start or, following the example above, to $440 at the 2nd entry point), the fund fixes profits (rebalances bots, if necessary) and buys from Alice her tokens at a price of 400 * 1.2 = 480 USDT, after which these tokens are burned.

`fund_has_tokens` - the number of DEXBOT tokens on fund accounts (most often on accounts `rudex-dexbot-fund` and `dexbot`). 

**6. Early exit option:**

Applications for early exit will be accepted within a week from Monday to Friday (5 days). 

An application for the settle of DEXBOT tokens is carried out - by sending the required number of tokens to the `dexbot` account, which can be done either manually or through the settle button.

Then on Sunday - settlement is made by sending USDT to the account from which the request for the redemption of DEXBOT tokens came. After that, the received DEXBOT tokens are burned

Tron (TRX) gateway on decentralized trading platform RuDEX launched

Всем привет!
Момент настал – как мы уже неоднократно сообщали в наших публичных чатах и на форуме, биржа Rudex мигрирует с блокчейна Bitshares на блокчейн [Graphene](https://gph.ai/).

Миграция запланирована на период с 12:00 по МСК 24.05.2021 (ПН) до 12:00 по МСК 27.05.2021 (ЧТ). Просим обратить внимание: она продлится ТРОЕ СУТОК!
На это время будут остановлены все вводы/выводы через шлюзы Rudex, как и переводы токенов Rudex внутри Bitshares.

Такой срок обусловлен необходимостью произвести скан блокчейна Bitshares для сбора информации и своп активов Rudex (UIA) из блокчейна Bitshares на активы Rudex (UIA) в блокчейне Graphene.

По окончании миграции вводы и выводы через шлюз Rudex возобновятся в обычном режиме, но уже в рамках блокчейна Graphene

Большинство предоставляемых Rudex публичных сервисов для блокчейна Bitshares будут погашены, дальнейшее возобновление их работы не планируется.

Свопу подлежат токены на аккаунте Rudex, количество которых больше или равно минимальному количеству токенов для вывода через шлюз; информацию о минимальной сумме вы можете найти [здесь](https://audit.rudex.org/).

Токены в количестве ниже установленного минимума не подлежат свопу и зачислению на аккаунт. В связи с этим убедительно просим вас либо избавиться от этих токенов, продав их на рынке, либо докупить их до минимальной суммы к моменту старта миграции.

Кроме того, поскольку токен BTS не является активом Rudex, он так же не подлежит свопу и остаётся в родной сети Bitshares. Для ввода/вывода токена BTS на платформу Rudex в дальнейшем вам будет нужно воспользоваться шлюзом для токенов RUDEX.BTS.

По завершении миграции вы сможете войти на платформу Rudex в сети Graphene через тот же аккаунт, что и в Bitshares, при помощи ключа владельца, присвоенного вашему аккаунту ранее.

После миграции актив RUDEX.USDT будет выведен на кошельки блокчейна Tron (TRC20), а кошельки в блокчейне Ethereum (ERC20) далее поддерживаться не будут.
Оставшиеся на аккаунтах пользователей RUDEX.USDT в процессе миграции также будут автоматически переведены в блокчейн Tron.

Для MPA Rudex своп не предусмотрен, поэтому вам необходимо закрыть имеющиеся позиции до начала миграции.

Анонс миграции платформы Rudex на блокчейн Graphene

Good news, everyone!

The time has come! As we have repeatedly declared in our public chats and on the forum, RuDEX is migrating from Bitshares blockchain to [Graphene](https://gph.ai/)

 Migration is planned starting from 12:00 MSK 24.05.2021 (Mon) to 12:00 MSK 27.05.2021 (Thu). Please note that it will take THREE FULL DAYS! During this time all RuDEX gateways will be disabled for deposit/withdrawal, as well as transfer will be disabled for all RuDEX assets on Bitshares.

Such duration is due to the necessity to scan Bitshares blockchain to gather required data to swap RuDEX UIA assets from Bitshares blockchain to RuDEX UIA assets on Graphene blockchain.

After migration the deposits/withdrawals will be restored in full but using Graphene blockchain.

Most public services provided by RuDEX for Bitshares blockchain will be disabled, and there are no plans to enable them in the future.

Assets on RuDEX accounts are eligible for swap if their amount is equal or greater than the minimum amount for gateway withdrawal, information about the minimum limits is available [here](https://audit.rudex.org/).

Влияние на конечную цену для юзеро считаю адекватной.

Простой подсчёт, 6 gp-ассетов, если публикуем фиды 4 раза в час:
0.1 * 6 * 4 * 24h * 30d *20% (LTM)= 345.6 GPH  за месяц!
Это копейки.

**I seem to have figured out the settings. The node should work normally. A little later I will try to bind the node to the url using this [instruction](https://wiki.golos.id/witnesses/node/guide-api). I will also raise the backup node, if it makes sense.**
